Ingredients

  • ½ kg malunggay (moringa)
  • ½ kg gram flour (besan / garbanzo bean flour)
  • ½ tsp asafoetida
  • cooking oil
  • ½ cup water
  • salt

Directions

Note: These directions are minimal as much of the information is provided in the video above.

  1. Wash malunggay leaves and remove from stems.
  2. Mix gram flour, asafoetida and salt.
  3. Add water.
  4. Add malunggay. Mix well.
  5. Mold mixture into patties.
  6. Fry patties. Then strain.
