  • 1 medium carrot
  • 4 medium tomatoes (remove for nightshade-free version)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 500 g lettuce, such as Romaine and Lola Rosa lettuce
  • extra-virgin olive oil and salt,
    or any dressing of your choice
