Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ kg kalabasa (squash)
  • 1 block tofu
  • 100 g celery
  • 3 pcs medium bell pepper
  • 1 medium carrot
  • salt
  • black pepper

Directions

Note: These directions are minimal as much of the information is provided in the video above.

  1. Boil kalabasa until tender. Then blend or mash.
  2. Lightly fry tofu.
  3. Sauté carrots and bell pepper.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Add blended or mashed kalabasa.
  6. Add black pepper.
  7. Add celery.
