Basic info

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg veggie meat
    substitute: tofu
  • 1 block tofu
  • 20 pcs chili
  • 2 medium bell peppers
  • 50 g ginger
  • 250 g soya cream (see directions under notes)
  • nori
  • black pepper
  • salt

Directions

Note: These directions are minimal as much of the information is provided in the video above.

  1. Sauté ginger.
  2. Lightly fry tofu.
  3. Add black pepper.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Lightly fry veggie meat.
  6. Add chili.
  7. Mix veggie meat and tofu.
  8. Add nori.
  9. Add soya cream.

Notes

  • To make soya cream, boil 1 block of tofu. Then blend it with ¼ cup vinegar, 2 tbsp oil, 50 g sugar, salt, and a little hot water.
